I aim to dispatch orders within three days of receiving payment. If you require urgent delivery, please contact me by email and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Postage is by Royal Mail First Class in the UK.
If you are buying from abroad, please email me at email@example.com for a delivery cost. Please be aware that taxes and local import duties may be implemented on overseas deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these customs charges.
I hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).
Full refunds of items will be provided if you are unhappy with your purchase. We ask that you return an item(s) in its original packaging within ten days of receipt and state the reason for returning.
If your purchase is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the damage. I will do my best to resolve any issues and send a replacement.
If you are returning a print, please ensure return postage is recorded or tracked and retain the tracking number. The seller is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note the cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.
