This beautiful art print or travel poster of Bamburgh Castle in Bamburgh, Northumberland is inspired by the vintage railway posters advertising the joys of British travel. It shows this magnificent castle that overlooks this wide and beautiful beach. It is one of Northumberland’s many beauties.
Bamburgh Castle is a Norman fortress, but sits on the site of even older castles. It is open to the public and a popular backdrop to several films and television programmes – especially those set in the medieval era. It has most recently appeared in the Netflix TV series Last Kingdom.
This is a digital copy of my original illustration and is printed on quality paper in A4 or A3 sizes. These are standard sizes and easy to mount and frame. There is a white border around the image to allow for the signature. Some photos show how lovely the print will look framed, but please note that the print is sold unframed and without a mount.
I sign all the prints in pencil in the bottom right and include the title of the print.
I will send A4 and A3 prints by Royal Mail, presented in a cello bag with a cardboard back for protection or onward delivery. International deliveries may be sent rolled in a tube.
