Bluedot Festival, Jodrell Bank, large colour linocut, roughly A3

Bluedot Festival at Jodrell Bank is an original linocut inspired by the annual science and music festival under the radio telescope at Jodrell Bank. Approximately A3 in size, so easy to frame, printed in oil-based inks on quality acid-free paper.

Printed by hand and signed by me, the artist, in an edition of 50.

Bluedot Festival, Jodrell Bank is a colour linocut iinspired by the annual summer science and music festival at the Jodrell Bank observatory in Cheshire.

Bluedot Festival, Jodrell Bank is a hand-pulled colour linocut in oil-based inks in a small edition of 50. The actual print is 37cm wide and 27cm high (roughly A3 – so fairly large). It is printed on acid-free paper and signed by me, and sent with a backing board and white mount so that it can easily be framed in a standard A2 size frame.

Each print in the edition is inked up and pressed individually, resulting in some slight differences between each print – making each one a unique work of art.

I went to the Bluedot Festival several years ago and loved the mix of space, science, science-fiction, astronomy, comedy and music. So much going on! The setting is superb as well, beneath that impressive radio telescope.

International orders will be sent without a mount, rolled with acid-free tissue paper in a tube.
