Description
A beautiful portrait of London’s Dominion Theatre at night during a run of musical Grease (which has been there several times). It is a digital copy of my original illustration and is printed on quality paper in A4 or A3 sizes. These are standard sizes and easy to mount and frame. There is a white border around the image to allow for the signature. Some photos show how lovely the print will look framed, but please note that the print is sold unframed and without a mount.
I sign all the prints in pencil in the bottom right and include the title of the print.
The Dominion Theatre, London is a Grade II listed art deco theatre on the corner of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street. It opened in 1929 with a musical about golf. The theatre was adapted to cinema screenings in the 1930s and has also hosted many live musical performances by stars such as Judy Garland, Dolly Parton, David Bowie and U2.
The Dominion was nearly redeveloped into offices in 1989, but the Theatres Trust stepped in and rallied support for its protection.
A4 and A3 prints will be sent by Royal Mail and presented in a cello bag with a cardboard back for protection or onward delivery. International deliveries may be sent rolled in a tube.
