Description
The Novello Theatre opened as the Waldorf Theatre in May 1905 (the famed hotel is next door). From 1913 until 2005 it was called the Strand Theatre. It is now named after Ivor Novello, who lived in a flat above the theatre.
Abba musical Mamma Mia has been here since 2012, after transferring from the Prince of Wales theatre. This show has become a feel-good crowd-puller – ideal for jolly get-togethers, hen parties and singalongs.
A great card for anyone who loves London, Abba, Mamma Mia or the world of British theatre! Or to enclose theatre tickets! It would also look good framed!
