Remind yourself of trips to London’s glittering show business heartland with my detailed illustrated map of West End theatres!
A theme close to my heart, I’ve been thinking about doing this map for quite some time – but knew it would be a big job. It took a fair while to sketch and colour in these buildings – and I learnt quite a lot about their quirks along the way. For instance, the Aldwych and Novello Theatres are twins, the Duchess Theatre is much prettier than I’ve ever noticed, and the Prince of Wales looks like a lighthouse.
I have also managed to fit in a few of the theatres that are a bit away from the Leicester Square area like the Palladium, Victoria Palace, Apollo Victoria, Sadler’s Wells, National Theatre, Old Vic and Shakespeare’s Globe.
There is a white border around the image to allow for the signature. Some photos show how lovely the illustrated map of West End theatres will look framed, but please note that the print is sold unframed and without a mount.
Prints will be sent by Royal Mail. A4 and A3 prints are presented in a cello bag with a cardboard back for protection or onward delivery. International deliveries may be sent in a tube. A2 prints will be sent via Royal Mail in a tube.
