Dartmoor with blue sky is a beautiful art print showing an illustrated scene in this distinctive part of Devon.

This is a digital copy of my original illustration and is printed on quality paper in A4 or A3 sizes. These are standard sizes and easy to mount and frame. There is a white border around the image to allow for the signature. Some photos show how lovely the print will look framed, but please note that the print is sold unframed and without a mount.

I sign all the prints in pencil in the bottom right and include the title of the print.

The Dartmoor National Park is a famous moorland landscape in the West Country. Whilst Exmoor in north Devon is characterised by sea views and fishing harbours, Dartmoor has a wilder reputation. It is more remote, more austere, and has long been associated with hauntings and eerie experiences.

There are many traces of ancient peoples here. Apparently lots of people lived up here in the Bronze, when the climate was warmer and Dartmoor was covered with trees. Dartmoor is also the source of many of Devon’s rivers. The most famous aspect of Dartmoor scenery are the tors – rocky outcrops of granite on hill tops.

I will send A4 and A3 prints by Royal Mail, presented in a cello bag with a cardboard back for protection or onward delivery. International deliveries may be sent rolled in a tube.
