Plymouth Hoe, Devon: Hand Signed Travel Poster or Art Print with white lettering
PLYMOUTH HOE is a beautiful art print in my developing series of retro style Devon travel posters. A great gift for anyone who knows and loves Plymouth!
This is a digital copy of my original illustration and is printed on quality paper in A4 or A3 sizes. These are standard sizes and easy to mount and frame. There is a white border around the image to allow for the signature. Some photos show how lovely the print will look framed, but please note that the print is sold unframed and without a mount.
I sign all the prints in pencil in the bottom right and include the title of the print.
The print shows Smeaton’s Tower – a lighthouse built in 1759 which was moved to this position overlooking Plymouth Sound in the 1880s. It is the most prominent landmark at Plymouth Hoe, the grassy open space that offers scenic views over the sea and harbours. From here, locals and visitors can see all the busy marine activity across the Sound of yachts, ferries, leisure craft and naval vessels. Or take a bracing swim in Tinside Lido (which I’ve also illustrated!).
I will send A4 and A3 prints by Royal Mail, presented in a cello bag with a cardboard back for protection or onward delivery. International deliveries may be sent rolled in a tube.
