Gorgeous high quality art card, blank inside, of the Royal Albert Hall in London – home of the BBC Proms and many concerts and other events. The image is from my original colour linocut print.

A perfect card for lovers of London’s music scene – especially classical concerts, or anyone who has appeared at or worked at the fabulous Royal Albert Hall. It would also look good framed!

I used to work at the Royal Albert Hall as an evening and weekend job many years ago, and it was fantastic being able to see some wonderful performers, including the Bolshoi Ballet, from both the best seats and from the gallery at the top. There is no venue like it, and the atmosphere when it is full of people is tremendous. I once looked in on the auditorium when it was empty and pitch black, and you could sense the spirit of all those audiences over the years in that immense space.

A card in a matching style is also available of my linocut of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
